Workflows · Agents · Voice · Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace

Agents that run your back office. On a computer of their own.

Ansai agents work your Outlook, file into your OneDrive and Excel, keep your CRM honest, and answer the phone. They run on demand, on a schedule, or when an email arrives. Nothing leaves your account without your yes, and every action comes with a receipt.

Built for small teams doing high-value work: lending and finance desks, law practices, advisory, agencies, and local services.

Workflows

Say it once. It becomes a workflow you can open.

Describe a routine in plain English. Ansai turns it into a graph of typed steps: which app it reads, which app it writes, where it branches, where it stops to ask you. The same input gives the same output every run.

  • Every step is inspectable. Open any node to see its inputs, its outputs, and the tool it called.
  • Edit in words or by hand. "Also skip clients on a payment plan" is a one-line change, not a rebuild.
  • Workflows become tools. Hand any workflow to an agent and it can call it in one step, approvals included.

Security & trust

Your accounts. Your data. Your yes.

Ansai runs inside the tools you already trust, with the permissions you grant and no more, and it is built so you can tell before it is wrong, not after. These are the facts your IT and compliance teams will ask about, stated plainly.

Least-privilege access

Connections use Microsoft and Google sign-in with delegated scopes you can read on the consent screen and revoke at any time. Ansai is a verified Microsoft publisher. No passwords are stored.

Nothing leaves without your yes

Sending mail, creating events, or sharing files waits for your explicit approval, verified by a second independent check. Unattended runs park anything material as a draft for a person.

A receipt for every action

Every run keeps a step-by-step log of what was read, what was decided, and what was done, replayable later. Turns that need a human eye are flagged automatically.

Your data stays yours

Your mail, files, and records are never used to train models, ours or our providers', who work under no-training terms. Files and spreadsheets stay in your OneDrive, Excel, and Drive. Disconnect and stored data is deleted within 30 days.

Decisions you can inspect

Routine judgements (is this urgent, is this a deal, does this document have a value) are typed decisions with probabilities, not free text. The same email produces the same steps every time, and it says what it skipped.

Built for regulated teams

Works in Entra tenants with admin consent and Okta federation. Data processing agreement with standard contractual clauses on request. Privacy policy and terms are public.

Always on

It works while you're not looking. It stops where you say.

Ansai is ambient by design: it runs in the background with your accounts, your rules, and a workspace of its own, and it acts the moment there is work to do. Three ways work reaches it:

On demand

Ask from the app, Slack, or WhatsApp. It picks up the task, does it, and reports back in the same thread.

you › chase the two unpaid invoices from August
agent › Done. Reminders sent to both, cc'ing you.

On a schedule

Monday pipeline review, daily invoice sweep, Friday report. It runs whether or not you remembered.

weekdays 08:00 chase-overdue-invoices
fri 16:00 weekly-pipeline-report
1st of month client-status-updates

On a trigger

A new email, a form fill, a call ending, a deal changing stage, a webhook from anything. It reacts in seconds.

gmail › new lead from website form
hubspot › deal moved to Negotiation
phone › call ended, 2m 14s

  • Its own workspace. Files, notes, and memory persist between runs. It remembers the client, the thread, the last thing it did.
  • Your apps, your limits. It uses the accounts you connect, at the autonomy you set. Anything over the line waits for your yes.
  • Several agents, one business. A receptionist, a sales assistant, and a bookkeeper share the same contacts and calendars, each with its own job.
  • Sleeps when there's nothing to do. No idle seat burning through a budget. It wakes for a call, a schedule, or a trigger.

Decision engine

It knows when to act, and when to ask.

Most of an agent's day is small judgements: is this email a deal or noise, does this appraisal state a value, is this urgent, did the user actually say yes. Ansai makes those calls with a purpose-built decision model, not by asking a chatbot to think out loud.

Rules in plain English

"Anything from a client about a live deal." "An appraisal is missing a value or a date." You write the sentence once; it is judged against every email, file, and event as it arrives.

Typed answers, not prose

Every judgement comes back as a label, a yes or no, or a score, each with a probability. Hundreds of decisions a second, for a fraction of a cent, and the same input gives the same answer every time.

Unsure means ask, not guess

Below a confidence line it stops and asks you, or parks the work as a draft. Every decision is kept with its probability, so you can see afterwards exactly why it did or did not act.

Voice agents

A receptionist that books by your rules, not a script.

Give the agent a number and a page of rules in plain English. It answers every call, checks your real calendars, offers times that fit, transfers when it should, takes messages when it can't, and tells you what happened.

✓ Only Tue–Thu, 10 to 4 ✓ Consults are an hour, follow-ups 30 min ✓ 15 min between appointments ✓ Never more than three back to back ✓ New callers: consult only Warm but brief, no legal advice If distressed, offer transfer first
  • Hard rules are enforced, not suggested. Availability rules compile into a workflow the agent calls. It never sees a slot that breaks them.
  • Transfers with conditions. Several destinations, each with a plain-English "use this when".
  • Every call, on record. Transcript, outcome, and bookings land in your inbox in the app, and a summary reaches you by text.

In control

You set the line. It stays behind it.

Approvals where you want them

Per task: draft only, ask first, or fully autonomous under a limit. A refund over $500 or an email to a new client waits for your one-tap yes.

Receipts for everything

Your home screen is an inbox of what ran, what needs you, and who called. Every run has a step-by-step log you can replay.

Wherever you already are

Command it and approve its work from the app, Slack, or a WhatsApp thread. It answers with what it did, not what you should do.

Solutions

Built for how small teams actually work.

Whether you are a six-person desk inside a global firm or the whole firm, the routine work in your field is mostly the same as everyone else's in your field. Ansai comes with those workflows already built. Turn them on, then tell it what's different about you.

Marketing teams

Campaign reporting and content ops that run themselves.

  • Monday campaign digest from Mailchimp and HubSpot, posted to Slack
  • Newsletter draft assembled from the week's posts and wins
  • Lead-magnet follow-up sequence with a stop when they reply
  • Asset requests filed to Drive and acknowledged

Growth & sales

Nothing falls through the pipeline while you're on calls.

  • New inbound lead: enrich, log in the CRM, alert #sales in seconds
  • Meeting prep brief 30 minutes before every call
  • No-reply follow-ups after 3 days, escalating template after 7
  • Friday pipeline review with what moved and what stalled

Law firms

Intake and deadlines handled the way your office already does it.

  • Intake questions asked and filed before the first meeting
  • Court date and filing deadline reminders to the right people
  • Client status updates on a schedule, drafted for your review

Lending & finance desks

Deal intake, documents, and outreach handled in Outlook and Excel, the way your desk already works.

  • An appraisal or insurance certificate arrives: classified, checked for what's missing, filed to the deal folder, logged in the tracker
  • Payoff figures, covenant dates, and open items answered from your own tracker and mailbox
  • Auction-week outreach lists drafted for consignors and underbidders, sent only on your approval
  • A morning brief of what came in overnight, what needs you, and red flags on inbound mail

Agencies & consultancies

  • Scope-change emails flagged before they become unbilled work
  • Weekly client status sent from the project tracker
  • Proposal follow-ups until they answer, then a handoff to you
  • Timesheet and invoice reminders at month end

Clinics & local services

Every call answered, every appointment confirmed.

  • Receptionist that books, reschedules, and takes messages after hours
  • Appointment reminders the day before, with one-tap confirm
  • Missed call text-back within a minute
  • Review requests after a completed visit
Includes voice receptionist
